About Our Services
Primary Care
Psychotherapy is not like a medical doctor visit. Instead, it calls for a very active effort on your part. In order for the therapy to be most successful, an in depth approach will be adopted to help you learn more about yourself and address the things that hold you back. You will have to work on things we talk about both during our sessions and at home.
Presently, all psychotherapy visits are held using a Video-Conference Platform. This offers you flexibility in accessing care. The Video Conference platform is a secure and private setting that meets all HIPAA regulations. This will be further discussed with you to determine if it is the right psychotherapy platform for you and your needs. We are excited to announce that In-Person services will be available in 2023.
